Center Staff

Morgan Foster
Greetings from ELS Bristol! I’m Morgan Foster, Center Director at this school. I am also the Academic Director. I have taught English as a second language for ten years and I have been with ELS since the Bristol Center opened in 2005. I have met many wonderful students over the years, and I am looking forward to meeting many more!

Elizabeth Kehew
Greetings! My name is Elizabeth ‘Beth’ Kehew. I’m the Assistant Academic Director at ELS Bristol. I’ve been with this center since we opened our doors in 2005, starting first as an instructor. I’ve worked hard to see that each student who walks through our doors is constantly challenged and is able to thrive in an environment that is familiar and supportive. As a native to Rhode Island, I am delighted to welcome students from all over the world to their new home.

Sheila Dobbyn
My name is Sheila Dobbyn and I have been working as an International Student Advisor in the warm, cheerful and supportive environment of ELS Bristol since June of 2006. Prior to joining the ELS team I worked with underprivileged youth. I graduated from Connecticut College with a BA in Psychology and in French and I live in Rhode Island with my husband and 2 pugs Roxie and Suki. I am currently training for a 10K race. Hope to meet you soon!

Kara Moniz
Greetings! My name is Kara Moniz and I am the Registrar here at ELS Bristol. I started working at ELS in 2008 and I am delighted to join such a positive team. It is wonderful to see students who started ELS speaking little or no English, and then over a few months, watch them grow to express themselves in English amongst their peers. It brings great joy to the teachers and staff of ELS to be part of these accomplishments.
