Student Residence (On Campus)

Northpointe Hall, an on-campus residence hall is conveniently located right next to our center and the state-of-the-art Fitness Center here at FDU. This 300-bed, hotel-style hall features double bedrooms, each with one bathroom for two students. There is one common kitchen for student use available on site which includes a sink, microwave, and large refrigerator. Resident Advisors live on each floor of the building and are available 24 hours per day. Each room comes equipped with 2 large dressers, desks, desk lamps, and chairs. Traditionally, Northpointe houses upper-classmen, international students, and student-athletes. The entire building is unisex but each room is separated by gender. This will allow ELS students an opportunity to interact with the FDU community regularly and be involved in events that are held at the residence hall. One of the latest additions to the Metropolitan Campus landscape, Northpointe overlooks the green lawns and the Hackensack River at the north end of the Teaneck side of the campus. Security: This facility has secure points of entry, hall access devices, individual room keys, security cameras and various hall safety and security policies, including a 24/7 front desk attendant. Only students living at Northpointe have access to the key swipe for the main lobby door. Residence Adviser: A Resident Advisor is located on every floor and available 24/7.
Immunization documents are required for this Center and included in the Student Welcome Package.
Note: students must submit their completed immunization records no later than Friday of Week 3 prior to their arrival (approximately 9 days before their move-in Sunday).
