Florida Poly opened in August 2014 as the newest member of the State University System of Florida. Its ultra-modern campus is located in Lakeland along Florida’s I-4 High Tech Corridor halfway between Tampa and Orlando. Its main classroom building, the Innovation, Science and Technology Building, was designed by world-renowned architect Dr. Santiago Calatrava of Spain and has already become an iconic Florida landmark.

Florida Poly offers six undergraduate programs and two master’s degree programs as well as 19 cutting-edge areas of concentration in fields like cyber security, nanotechnology, logistics and supply chain, health informatics and cloud virtualization. The university partners with more than 90 industry-leading firms, giving students excellent networking and internship opportunities.

ELS/Orlando is located in the extension campus of the Stetson University Center in the town of Celebration, Florida. The Center is 97 kilometers from the main campus of Stetson University in DeLand, Florida and is minutes from the area's theme parks, including Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios Florida and Sea World.

Lakeland is less than an hour away from both Tampa and Orlando, which together house more than 11,500 high-tech companies. Students are in close proximity to many organizations and businesses relevant to their interests. During free time, students can enjoy the vibrant culture of downtown Lakeland, which has shops, restaurants and local events throughout the year. They can also spend weekend getaways at Orlando’s many theme parks, visit Florida’s beautiful beaches or enjoy world-class sporting events and entertainment.

All ELS FastTrack locations are either based on university campuses or are located in cities with many prestigious local college and university options. While you do not need to have a Conditional Letter of Admission for the university affiliated with your ELS FastTrack program, completing ELS FastTrack on or near a university campus helps you understand what higher education in the United States will be like.
