High School Preparation - Australia

About the program

The High School Preparation program in Australia allows students to develop their English skills and learn about Australian study methods and culture. Students between the ages of 12 and 17 develop their English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills while strengthening their study skills, learning about Australia's culture, and participating in educational, social, and sports activities with peers from around the world. This program is intended to prepare young learners for success in Australian high school.

Main Course Starting Dates

2 January, 29 January, 26 February, 26 March, 23 April, 21 May, 25 June, 30 July, 3 September, 8 October, 12 November, 17 December. 

Students can also start their course on other Mondays. 

High School Preparation

    • 22.5 hours per week
  • Course length
    • 1 to 52 weeks
  • Maximum number of students per class:
    • 18 students
  • Age requirements:
    • Minimum age is 12 and maximum age is 17
  • Entry requirements:
    • Students must be able to read and write the English alphabet and have a basic conversation, e.g. introduce themselves and say where they are from. Suitable for students who have completed primary/elementary education in their home country.
